incredibly mediocre, but entertaining and mindless enough to play a game every once in a while

Not having enough money to buy a computer straight up on black/cyber weekend is painful. Especially because I live near a microcenter.

Frankly the way they go about using objectives and different maps for different playstyles (and the obvious balance nightmares that come up with some heroes being very map-dependant) and inciting teamplay is fine by design, I even liked it. However they shove it so hard it can be frustrating when the whole thing is so teamwork dependant in soloQ, and a single objective can turn a whole game on its head because of how overwhelming they are on some maps compared to the rest (merc camps, pushing, etc.).

Yeah, I agree. I enjoy the general theme, it can just be very snowbally with one fight.

Wrote 12k words this week to finish up my tenure as GM for my Pokemon tabletop. Next up: thread to gather interested players for the Iris campaign and part 6. Can't say much for part 6 yet but I plan to finish the thread this week to get things rolling.

Asmo do you really need to 'gather' interested players? Are the relevant people not already aware, or are you hoping to get more submissions in general or from outside OT?

lol, CS:GO thread is asking for own subforum. inb4 liquidstrike.com.

which is reasonable
Their pro scene has done decently afaik, and has grown slowly week over week. The game is still quite fun, and I've always been a fan of 3rd person PvP. The map is actually balanced pretty damn well, and most gods are viable. I feel like it probably doesn't suffer from the same issues that Heroes does, but that's not to say it doesn't have its own issues as well.

How about a sum up of your Pokemon campaign for us Asmo? :3

I've always wanted to create a portal page called liquidmoba, then it'd just have 8 panels on the front page, each pointing to
inferiormoba, superiormoba, superiorsuperiormoba, brosmoba dedmoba, dedmoba2, gunsmoba, topdeckmoba,

If CSGO ever gets its own subforum i will post a video of myself successfully shitting up a rope.
EDIT: And then commit seppuku carving the words "Fucking TL League hate" into my stomach.

Imagine if CSGO became a MOBA, then you would have two races "counter-terrorists" and "terrorists" as races, having old RAF-members as playable characters for T and young american CoD-gamers that specializes in drone-attacks as CT.

Why would you take them getting a subforum this hard?

You get me wrong. I would be immensely happy if CSGO got a subforum. I just doubt it ever happening that much. I would also be even more immensely salty about leagues situation, hence the seppuku.

What would CSGO getting a subforum do to make you more salty about 'leagues situation?' That's the part I don't get.

Endless Legend is interesting, only played a few hours of MP last night, so I tried to get a grasp on how the world worked, while two of my friend's focused on killing off the robo-vamps and bug people, and the third got his ass kicked by Daemons
