But like Yango, both households in which I grew up in had people who were addicted to coffee. One of them even got to the point where he'd start to have headaches if he didn't have at least one cup a day, and he usually drank a whole pot of coffee daily. Because of that, I really make an effort not to drink coffee. I'll have it every once and awhile if I think I need that boost of caffeine to get through the day, but I don't drink coffee for the reason "because I like the taste of it." Although one cup of dark roast coffee with nothing in it is probably my favorite way to have coffee.

Teeth discoloration and caffeine addiction are the biggest downsides? Zero calories is definitely not the preferred way for Americans. I always feel weird when I walk into Starbucks, order brewed coffee, and walk out without putting anything in it. Just checked their nutrition information. Biggest calorie drink I could find was the White Chocolate with whipped cream. Venti one and you're 1000 cal+ up. Wow. All the frappucino's are 200\300+ too.

I think athletes are definitely on caffeine its just they have it in special supplement form because they don't have time to sip their frappuccinos and can't even. Also toxicity levels of it is pretty high apparently like 20 cups in a day will kill you, and that's if you don't get a heart attack or something before hand. I bet roffles drinks a pot a day.

Obviously don't put insane amounts if you drink a lot of coffee. Oh I completely agree. What I should have said is that you should be careful about buying your coffee from the stores, because they have several ways of adding calories to your drink without you realizing. I think if you brew your coffee from home you have much less to worry about. Then again, it's the same principals of home cooking versus eating out.

Why do people call you Sonib? Like, why the b instead of the v? Is there a reason for it or did it just kind of happen? What if people started to call you Sonip? Would you like that? Would you even care?

I bet roffles drinks a pot a day. coffee is only really toxic for small animals because they're small. The LD50(median lethal dose, so about 50% lethality) for an average sized adult human is estimated at about 80-100 cups of coffee or about 150 to 200 milligrams per kilogram of body mass. If doing that by actually drinking coffee you would probably die from drinking the roughly 14 to 23 liters[3.6 to 7.3 gallons] (to account for what a "cup" of coffee means this could be anywhere from 60 standard cups (8 oz) to 100 standard cups (8oz)
