although that would not be an issue even if not, anybody that's pro has played so many games he can afford everything anyway

Yeah. And I need to go grocery shopping. And I need to figure out why my wireless stopped working...again...

But I have a question on LoL esports touraments: Given that not all heroes are unlocked in LoL, what, if anything, is done so that both teams have the same hero pool in tournaments? Tournaments of LCS level are played on lan servers on which everything is unlocked. When tournaments are played online or when Riot held smaller events it was generally on the tournament server where again everything is unlocked. Pro-players have everything unlocked anyway in general and if they don't it's due to them not playing it so the chances of them using it rarely comes up. At times however it has come up in events in which case teams will designate a certain champ as being a cover for a different champ. IE: When no one played Eve, she was often used as like "Eve=This champ" Haven't seen that happen in ages though. Either way most teams would plan around it so the guy picking would have all the champions that team plays unlocked.

However, I'm not sure what you meant why this: At times however it has come up in events in which case teams will designate a certain champ as being a cover for a different champ. However, I'm not sure what you meant why this: Sometimes in online tournaments at lower levels of play people may not have been playing for enough time to have everything unlocked. So sometimes during the Pick phase if a player needs to pick something for their team that they don't own, they will pick something else as a placeholder. e.g. The AD Carry in Team A is 3rd pick and is trying to pick the mid laner for their team. But they don't own a niche pick like Fizz because they're not a mid lane player. So they might pick someone else that's currently not viable or out of favour like Warwick. They then message the guys on Team B through the chat system and say "Yo the WW pick is really Fizz". You pick someone that no one plays because that way you don't accidentally mess up the opponent's picks too. Once Pick/Ban phase is over they then remake the game and the Team A mid laner correctly locks in Fizz.

On a completely different note, I'm shooting for the Magic pro circuit this season. I'll travel to tournaments the next 5 weeks and will play in all European GPs + a few Japan ones in the next year. My goal is a GP/PT top 8 in the next 6 months and a win in the next year :p

+ Show Spoiler + welp, fell hard for a girl on my internship, now she's leaving in a week and i'm going back to school. Want to spend whatever time I've got with her before she leaves but she says it'd be better if we both tried to move on. Kind of a right place wrong time type of deal. What do?

Timing is at least as important as finding the right person. Sometimes it just doesn't work out because of that (and yeah, that sucks).

My girlfriend will be doing it too, so the commitment is not that crazy :p And we love to travel to Japan, we'll just make sure to line-up our dates with Shizuoka's GP (as well as Manila GP the week before). Oh and I'm a Magic judge now as well, which means I know a few people on GPs, so there's that as well. Not to mention I hope I'll be able to play with Team Revolution if I make it to the Pro Tour, since I know Raphael Levy, Pierre Dagen, Thimotée Simonot, and sort of Jeremy Dezani. Come and play Magic guys, it rooooocks ! :D

Not wanting the hassle of a long-distance relationship doesn't mean you're not interested. There are different levels of commitment people are ready for, but that doesn't mean anything about their "amount" of love man. Timing is everything.

It also depends on how old they are I think. If you in your 20s then it's pretty easy to go see each other on weekends etc. if it's within the same city. I have this habit of thinking everyone is same age as me which I think in this case is is a bad assumption :<. Anyway in a week a lot of change so just see how things go.

But I still think it doesn't mean much. Timing/how things unfold is a very big part of a relationship, especially in the early days of it.
