Emily Blunt is 10/10.

Its the biggest city in canada, there is a pretty big amusement park; wonderland, the CN tower, center island, exhibition place and the CNE if you come in august, the royal ontario museum, ontario science center, it's the canadian hub for theatre and music and all the the sports places if you are into that. Its also pretty close to niagra which is like the only other destination candidate for you imo. So you can go see the falls on your way out or in, the niagra region is nice if you like wine and casinos.

I don't really know how Wonderland sizes up to whatever American amusement parks there are, so you'll have to judge that one for yourself. Center Island is a great place to hang out this time of year though, definitely recommend going there.

That's what I figured, at least I haven't skipped a day yet. To be honest, I didn't really expect to make it this far. I figured I would quit half way when the going got tough.
Anyways, todays run was pretty nice, around 5-6 degrees cooler than it has been in the past 2 weeks. 2nd set of 5 min run was pretty brutal, the last step I took was literally my mind saying "k no more, time to walk", right as the timer went off for the walking interval.
If you don't mind my asking, how in or out of shape were you when you started it? Cuz I've been looking at it too, and it still seems kinda daunting for me, cuz I'm the literal poster boy for couch potato.

They're just saving you the disappointment until release.

I've had a number of friends who had, as far as I know, never done any sort of physical activity successfully complete the program. I'm going to keep the motivational speeches going and tell you to stop wasting the time you have, putting things off until tomorrow, and start your progress now.

I'm not quite where I would myself in terms of fitness. 220-225lbs at 6'~6'1". I keep a fairly active lifestyle, I did the occasional trail and hike, 2 hours of various martial arts training for 3 days a week. Rest of the time I'm just on my computer chair.
Just keep in mind that this isn't a running program, but a jogging/walking program. Don't expect to be doing 5k at a blazing speed or anything. Mostly you'll be aiming for the 10 minute mile, at jogging pace. The program is actually pretty nice progression, I thought the progression jumps were going to be too big on certain weeks, but it wasn't actually so bad.
Also wut mordek says, don't be a quitter gahlo

This was of course quickly beaten out of him in many a group/raid experience leaving him sullen and annoyed that his most likely fate involved throwing buff's and heals in a blue dress from Baron Rivendare's personal collection.
So like any enterprising young lad he said to hell with it and went roleplaying. One thing led to another and suddenly he found himself challenged by a Guild. Yes an entire guild. A few 60's, 50's and about 6-10 lower levels demanded his head for a reason I really can't remember. So I accepted and off to the Free for All Gurubashi Arena.
Of course while I couldn't do much damage, paladins at the time happened to be stupidly hard to kill. Combine this with my goblin engineering explosives I actually had a strong amount damage the longer a fight goes on. With bags full of AoE stunning grenades, a walking bomb that charged at my enemies and then exploded, glorious "big one" bombs I felt fairly confident when combined by the full arsenal of a class not meant to actually kill anyone but able to afk make a sandvich and browse the internet while being hit by a horde of mobs.
It was hilariously amusing as I found myself running around an arena chased by a guild all the while tossing explosives, hammers of Stun, Divine shields, lay on hands and the like. I was actually doing fairly well all things considered. Took down a max level or two, some of the lower levels but I wasn't going to last. My cooldowns spent, my health and mana running low things looked grim..
That is until a Horde Shaman leapt into the arena and began to fight by my side. To this day I couldn't tell you why he did it, why he didn't kill me or why he even bothered to join in at all. I'd like to think he saw a fellow hybrid class and knew that he needed help. Most likely he was just bored..
Thanks to the sudden ally I actually managed to take down the guild. Much to the lamenting and complaining that I had cheated and called for "filthy horde" help. It was around that time that I decided I perhaps go back to the Horde as the Alliance seemed far more vile. I mean they did try to fight me 1vGuild instead of just going 1v1 with the best that guild had to offer..but that tale is for another time..
Why did you spoiler this? Should have left it up for all to read since it's a pretty good story. Also, what kind of guild would think it's okay to take on only one person. Hope you got something out of it for doing it.

Wow Evangelion was seeming like another robot battle anime, but that episode took a very sudden turn.

I seriously doubt many folks want to hear me wax poetic on the old WoW days, spoiler makes sure folks have a choice guess I'm just polite. I didn't get anything from them but I did make several friends who was impressed that I stood up against them. Some of them I still talk with today and a good friendship is a rare and valuable thing.
E3 looked pretty meh from what I'm reading. I guess microsoft is taking a nintendo page and going with remake what worked policy. Not bad for them but not too great for gamers..

I enjoyed it parnage. I tried to snipe the arena chest a few times in my day. I love feign death.

It's not like we have something better to do anyway.

'twas a good story - I feel like STV was the source of many interesting happenings
edit: I remember when I first hit 60 with my first character (priest). I was this annoying 14 year old kid, but I was a dwarf, which meant I had Fear Ward, so I was useful. I was trying to get into a guild and they took me on a trial run through MC. God I must have been so annoying, and my PC was so shit at the time, I was running that raid on like 5 FPS.
But I was the only priest in the run that didn't have Benediction/Anathema, so when the item dropped, I got the quest starter for it. Ended up sticking with that guild for all 4 years of my WoW career.
