I can't believe you guys felt it necessary to respond to wei2coolman instead of telling him to read the fucking thread. It was pretty easy to see what was being talking about(if you read the fucking thread in the first place). Fake drama is fake.

Man I thought it was incredibly obvious that teut was making a joke, I didn't even read what the jimmi guy said. I still remember when Dusty got called a "beta male asshole" for playing in roffles' inhouse tournament or whatever and that was hilarious.

I did jump into GD to see what was going on after wei2cancerman mentioned it, and that was my first thought when I saw "beta male". "Beta male asshole" is probably one of my favorite random insults ever.

Legs didn't feel stiff or sore at all today. However 30 seconds into my initial run my calves got noticeably stiff and sore. Just ran through it, not a big deal. Decided that it would be a good idea to sprint the last minute and a half of my run. Bad idea. Though I was able to hold the sprint speed for the duration despite it being towards the end of my run, I was fucking rekt afterwords. So rekt that I didn't even bother doing a cooldown walk, just stretched my calves a little and went home.

I'm doing the time based program, instead of distance (gps can be wonky sometimes, and I'm mostly doing this as stamina builder so time based is more what I'm looking at).
Right now week 4 is. 5 minute warmup walk. 3 minute run. 90 second brisk walk. 5 min run. 2min 30 walk. 3 min run, 90 sec walk, 5min run. 5min cool down walk.
