In 2016 there was a season with a zero Zerg in ro8 GSL, while there was a ZvZ final in SSL at the same time. Dark's ro16 curse stays around | ||

Kinda weird) IIRC in Classic's last year before military service, he had to get special permission to travel abroad for tournaments. As a result Classic missed Katowice in 2019 but was cleared for Blizzcon. Maybe Dark knows it's too short notice/StarsWars is too small for him to get an exemption. | ||

On the other hand, when it really mattered, Classic pulled off the most perfect FFs one could ask for! HELL YEA such epic games, what a day of GSL! Really enjoyed the casting chemistry too | ||

The games were entertaining (because of sloppiness and dubious decisions) but I'd hardly call them peak. Was hard to shake the feeling that Dark was trying to play down and 'style' on him. When he looks dominant it's usually pretty scrappy and compact so it's weird to see the big tech switches. Also the one game refusal to build hydras or AA was questionable. Watching almost a dozen infestors die with no other units was pretty painful. Other than that Bunny had an insanely brutal day. | ||
