Even an entire day of clowning can't shake HeroMarine's ability to play perfectly standard every game no matter what.

I kinda want to favor Heromarine in this but it really could go either way, hopefully we get 5 great tvz macro games!

I'm hoping for a crazy throw competition myself I have to confess, seems more fitting

Would you like a proxy hatch in the main, sir?

Please no 3-0, but Reynor in the losers bracket seems fitting.
Maru and Serral are probably top 5.

That was a TvZ clinic. Reynor didn't look himself at all though.

Hopefully Reynor can give us better games and maybe, maybe pull off an upset of the day and advance!

If Inno had not switched it up recently, I would really say that stylistically Heromarine = Inno and Clem = Maru.

I have 2 right so far because I never bet on Showtime anymore. It makes me sad to say that.

Clem isn't nearly as proxy-prone as Maru, but apart from that it kinda works.

Inno, Parting, and Cure are all top 8 in GSL right now, they're doing just fine on points. Can't say the same for a lot of the other guys.

Why should you earn EPT points without qualifying and without winning a single match?

Don't ask me?! I've been vehemently against those seeds since they announced them!

DRG qualified but Zest and INno couldn't have, come on.

They are both ro8 players they would've walked the qualifier, most of good KR players didn't even tried.

That's not the point.

The point is that just giving away seeds limits the number of people who could surprisingly qualify, and if you'd seen the qualifiers there is NO guarantee any of those guys would have qualified especially with all of the server drama.

There's also the point that you're just donating EPT points to players without them having to play for them.

It's quite rich to whine about it, there is nothing wrong with top players from each race to be seeded (I guess they tried for Maru, Stats, and Dark but it went wrong ), in the end it's providing us a really good tournament, and if it makes the organizer happy with inviting 4 of his favorites players, guaranteeing they are in (Serral could have skip it for example considering he will qualify for the IEM finals), considering there is a loser bracket, it's fine.

You are wrong again. They were not invited based on the race they are playing. And you are spot on with regards to organizers being allowed to invite their favorite players and handing them points for free: that is how you compromise the entire EPT system. Which you seems to be fine with. I think that is stupid.

Maru can win the way he wants tho, INno can't. More like Clem = HM = INno.

did reynor just blow up some of his banelings on accident? lol

Detonated them on individual marines that Gabe had pre-split in front of the rest of his army.

I just looked back at the vod and during one of the engagements he blew up 3 of his banelings at the back of his army for no reason, not why he lost it just looked funny haha

They just invited the players from each region with the most points, so it's not the organizers choosing them, which makes it kinda better.

That's a Medivac Dropship, not a Warp Prism
I bear this sig to commemorate the loss of the team icon that commemorated Oversky's 2008-2009 Proleague Round 1 performance.

Why do Terrans still bother with the Helbats once you scout the Baneling nest? I'll never understand that. Just keep them in Hellion mode, you'll get more out of it.
