Unlikely. Inno > Ryung pretty consistently. 3-0 at IEM Katowice for instance, and Inno has lost 0 of 8 games in 2017. Historically Inno wins 84% of their series and his last loss to Ryung was in 2015.
Inno advancing in first is almost guaranteed. Given his aforementioned record against Ryung, his 3-0 stomp of Hurricane in VSL Ro8, and his 4-0 stomp of soO in the VSL finals, Inno is very much the overwhelming favorite against all 3 of his Group B opponents.

The only chance for the other three is if Inno did party a lot. Winning the VSL and becoming GOAT because of that surely moves him.
