Voids/Archon? Or try to go for basetrade / detection snipes... Anything but start making carriers when your opponent has 6 out already.
And its his own fault. He overmade disruptors in both games against mass Carrier :D

You'll just end up storming your own interceptors just as much, and Carriers don't really care about storm.
