Yeah, but Solar or Dear winning Cross finals also knocks Zest out of 2nd. So more likely they won't be in the same group

Thats good for them. If they are in the same ro16 group and they get 1st and 2nd place (against 2 foreigners its likely), then they will be in opposite sides of the bracket for the ro8. TY vs Zest is a possible finals.
