If liberator is nerfed somehow then maybe LBM can become standard again.

Atm the standard opening for TvZ seems to be liberator harass. That's pretty cool for an anti ground siege unit that is also a hard counter to mutas, faster than warp prism and 180HP, all for 150/150


I mean LBM is a thing now, it's just different. You no longer want to get to 40 mutas which I consider good for the game. You get the first 10 and then get corruptors vs the Liberators while teching to ultras. In HotS we saw LBM all game long, now the goal is to get ultras out fast and use the mutas to defend.


Good points. I don't think terrans think ultras are fair tho. I personally like how they finally hard counter marines, problem is that marauders are a bit too bad against them now. You either have several libs before they rushed ultras or better make a damn good simcity?


I think terran midgame is too strong and zerg late game (mostly ultras) is too strong. Right now it somehow balances out because T gets ahead or can outright kill Z befre Ultras, but I think 1 less armor on ultras would be good for the game. You can look into nerfing terran midgame from there if it's needed, but it should be fine.


Yup all my exact same thoughts. Midgame stim bio pushes are indeed strong.

I don't like Classic's Disruptor use. He fires almost all of his balls at once.
