He has build brother over there. He probably learned this build from the true tempest technician, Classic. Classic is a true heir of Aiur. He can macro and defend as solid as Rain, control his army as well as Zest, and also throw in the occasional crazy build like sOs. And yet, he doesn't seem to get enough love on TL, despite his multiple championship wins and entertaining games. Maybe he doesn't throw enough fits on Twitter, that's why. But Classic is more active on Twitter than most KeSPA pros. At least he used to be.

I found I developed a bias against Classic because he seemed to rise to prominence when Protoss was kinda strong. I realize it's a bad bias to have, cause he's a great player, but when I saw him get 2raxed by TY in the 2014 Proleague finals I was sooooooo happy. Also when Rogue reversed Classic's cannon rush by proxy hatching on Deadwing in Proleague. That was beautiful.

That's what I initially felt about him too, during his initial rise in 2014 winning the GSL and immediate slump thereafterr. But then his resurgence and consistency in 2015, winning the SSL and showing flashes of brilliance, converted me to a fan. I find herO's and Parting's plays in HoTS rather boring and similarly abusive (aggressive blinks). And yet, they get lots of love. Looks and personalities matter, perhaps. Classic's tweets are rather tame, compared to the likes of Europeans ![]()
