To sumarize the last games it felt like TY was playing blind due to lack of scouting possibilites. When he guessed right, G1 and G2 when Myungsik went for early thirds - he stood his ground into the late game. G3-5 however Myungsik decided to do Warp Prism attacks with lots of gates - TY having trouble finding out about this put down a third CC and died to the Warp Prism play. I really enjoyed the game - but it feels a little bit like TY was playing a guessing game - flipping a coin between putting down a third CC to play vs a Protoss fast Nexus or putting down additional barracks and bunkers to survive a gateway attack. The warp prism play really shuts down Cyclones hard - meanwhile Cyclones seems nessecary as a "good against most things" unit for Terran. You kind of have to make it. It was nice to see Myungsik adapt through-out this series, realising TY was trying to keep the macro in pace with him. He noticed and switched to full aggression instead. | ||
