The only problem is, that Innovation is so perfect that that might not be enough ... but in their last 3 games, sOs is leading 2:1 and his 2:0 at MSI looked quite ez-pz

3-0 incoming Under normal circumstances INno only goes mech on Terraform though. Did you watch GSL final and Ro8 Inno vs Byul ? GSL Inno went mech game 1 and 5 and bio game 4 and 6 (2 and 3 were too short to tell he started stimpack in game 3 but to end the game quick I think) SSL he went bio game 1 and 3 IIRC he lost both and went mech game 2 4 and 5 IEM against soO he went mech game 1 and 4 and bio game 2 and 5 (2 rax game 3) The point I was making was about the maps, I probably watched those games more than you think. Out of the maps in the ladder pool he usually only goes mech on Terraform. He could probably go mech on most maps, but he shows pretty clear tendencies for every map. E.g. the only Zerg he went mech against on Coda was ByuL in the GSL finals. A bunch of his mech games were on Echo which isn't in the pool for Blizzcon. He only seems to go mech on Coda and Iron Fortress if he feels threatened enough by his opponent. I hope the level of play will be astounding, though I expect the lower bracket finalist to get a beatdown. Why? The lower bracket has one 2015 GSL champion and one BlizzCon champion in it... The upper bracket stomped ByuL and Zest. To be fair ByuL played like 2014 ByuL and Zest played like late-2014 Zest To be fair it's not like being the 2013 Blizzcon champion is gonna help sOs much. And the upper bracket players who advanced just looked more impressive and more on point, tbh. So after day 1 it would make sense to say one of herO, Classic, INno or Life will win. I don't know, being the 200K$ man sure gives sOs a mental edge. Players are scared of him. I don't think many players are actually that scared of him. herO I can see, mental scarring and all. So he went mech on VaniResearched station, Coda, Iron Forteress, echo, Terraform (2 times) and Moonlight Madness and bio on Iron Fortress (2 times), Cactus Valley, Coda, Expedition lost and Dash and Terminal over his last 3 BO5/7 series and somewhat he only goes mech on Terraform ? I don't follow the logic here (no pun intended, It's absolutly not an attack, I'm pretty bad at dialoguing trough internet, so If it's sounds cold and all sorry ). I am talking about map specific trends in his play, I'm pretty sure I already said that. And I'm looking at every offline game he played vs Zerg, including bo3 and Proleague. Vaani Research and Echo are completely irrelevant to my point because they're not in the Blizzcon map pool, which is the only one that matters for this conversation. I also specifically said that the only time he went mech vs Zerg on Coda was against ByuL in the GSL finals. And that was a response to the fact that ByuL absolutely destroyed his bio on Coda in SSL. Iron Fortress was also a response to ByuL destroying his bio in that series. He only has 1 offline game on Moonlight Madness against Zerg, which was against his teammate, and that's not conclusive of how he likes to play the map. Same with his only game on Dash and Terminal being Gangnam Terran. So yes, Terraform is the only map in the Blizzcon map pool where it can be safely said he preferably goes mech vs Zerg (unless he goes 2 rax). Unless his opponent is really scary vs bio he keeps the mech in his pocket. For maps that bio and mech are both okay on, that is. If you wants to take maps : Bridgehead : I've never see him play a TvZ on that one so no idea Cactus Valley : Probably Bio Coda : He played both but given life MLB I see him play mech more than bio Dash and Terminal : Only game I've seen was mech Iron Fortress : Probably bio Moonlight Madness : Only game I've seen was mech Terraform : Mech for sure I'm not saying he is going to mech the 3 games (pun intended) but there is a large margin between that and saying he only goes mech on Terraform, sure it's map specific but his trend the past 3 months seems to tend towards mech more than bio I feel (I haven't seen the series against Hyun and Hydra at MSI MGA so I'm not saying that I'm 100% right). I said under normal circumstances he only goes mech on Terraform. And I said I was talking about trends. As in "This is what he likes to do". Disregarding Bridgehead, Dash and Moonlight because he has almost no games on them and the ones he has were against a teammate. And you know teamkills are never "normal". E.g. On Coda he played bio vs (among others) Hydra, HyuN, Snute, Rogue, Curious, ByuL; and mech only vs ByuL in the GSL finals. By comparison, on Terraform I've never seen him get stimpack. Also read my edit for the other post. Basically, all I'm saying is "On X map INno prefers to do Y but if he deems it appropriate he might do Z instead." and "Only Terraform is always Z." And this isn't necessarily what I want or expect from him, just what he's shown to preferably do.
We pretty much agree then
