Hear my analysis of the game: Flash overcommitted to killing the 4th, lost way too much stuff, then got rolled over in due part to army composition and control before he could get his 3/3 and his 4th fully established.
He's certainly not untouchable but his macro is still in the upper echelon of Terrans tbh. Thing is, you don't even need top tier macro to be a top tier Terran (looking at you SKT "Supply Block" Dream) and Flash hasn't been a top tier Terran with top tier macro.
