I don't understand how you can scout that spire twice with a hallu and then lose so many probes to a few mutas..

Welp I'm looking forward to a herO/Life final. I wouldn't mind seeing herO finally get a Korean title

Ok i hope Life wins this now, i like his chances

All remainings players have a pretty cool storyline if they win. Dark would break the Curse, Life would assert himself as the #1 player in the world, herO would finally get a Korean title and ByuL would confirm his recent domination in PL.

I'm really hoping herO is not an angsty teenage kpop star anymore and is a full grown Korean man.
Believe. I did in San Jose, and I do now.

Between this tournament and Gfinity (4 zergs in semis), it seems like nerfing the Swarm Host has had the effect of removing a crutch from Zergs. Removing that crutch has encouraged the Zergs to run, using faster units and smart tech switches. They seem to have an actual midgame now where they can just end it, but can still go late game *if* they've developed an economic lead in the midgame so that they can push with roach/hydra/viper and then switch into mutas once the opposing armies are geared up to stop the RHV ball.
Overall, I think the Swarm Host nerf is creating significantly more interesting game play, and it's actually encouraging the zergs to use a more effective style that for some reason has been lost. We'll have to see how Terrans and Protosses adapt to it in the coming months.

It took Bbyong three Bo5s to exploit herO though...

It really isn't generating more interesting gameplay, all we see is Roach/Hydra vs Stalker/Sentry for 10 minutes, or cheese from either side. It became as linear as TvP, it used to be a lot more interesting.
It is weird that Zerg is doing better this tournament, however I don't count gfinity as anything, Zerg lineup was much better, followed by Protoss's lineup. We'll see how zerg does on GSL/SSL.

ByuL is a legit trickster tho. Who knows what he'll do vs herO.
