OlimoLeague is a weekly Korean online tournament for StarCraft II players run by Olimoley. Hosted every Saturday night, OlimoLeague is a single elimination, best of 1 format until the round of 16. The round of 16 is best of 3 format with the finals being a best of 5. Players of any region can participate in the tournament, but the default server is [b]KR server.
In addition to the weekly tournaments, a $500 monthly final will be hosted at the end of each month with the top weekly contestants. Participants are determined by how many points they've accumulated from the weekly tournaments.
Weekly Prize pool + Point Distribution: $150 1st place - $75 + 5 points 2nd place - $45 + 3 points 3rd place - $15 + 2 points 4th place - $15 + 2 points Quarter-finalists - 1 point
Format: Single elimination Bo1 Round of 16 - Bo3 Finals - Bo5
Map Pool: Deadwing LE (데드윙) Overgrowth LE (만발의 정원) Catellena LE (까탈레나) Expedition Lost LE (조난지) Inferno Pools (지옥불 웅덩이)

I feel like there should be some sort of wager or reward should a TL get gold (as in first place, not full foreigner). Maybe the loser of the finals could wash the winner's dishes.

We should definitely institute some small pot that we whack into and winner takes all depending on which one of us gifted amateurs makes it the furthest each week

it'd be whoever got the most byes, which is 100% RNG based :/ I think I was the only one who ever won in an OL (templar might yell at me if I'm wrong) when I beat KatatoniK, everything else has been byes.

Lost a ZvZ vs MVP.Horror. Went better than expected, but worse than what I could have made out of the game after getting cancel on his super greedy 3rd. oh well
If there was anyone in the world who I'd figured would take the island bases, it would have been gumiho. I'm disappointed. At least there's still Bbyong.
