I mean he's mastered his build. It makes more sense to do what you do well than to do something unpredictable poorly.

But this is par for Happy. That is why he's just a good EU Terran and not a world class Terran player. It is pretty common for most foreigners to have too predictable a style (either too cheesy or too standard.)
