The skill with SCV pulls, or all ins in general is not letting the opponent know what you are doing. Terminator here hid his all in until he was at fantasys very doorstep. Can you do that, too? No. Can I SCV pull without letting the opponent know? Probably not.
So don't talk like that, Terran is highly favored in the matchup anyway.

Good macro to maximise the amount of units you have. Lining it up with upgrades or unit timings. Correctly deciding what flavour of SCV pull to use (with/without ghosts, 2 starport viking), how much medivac play to perform before pulling, howmany scvs to put at the third before pulling and microing the push itself all takes a certain degree of skill. I'm sure if you put me and Bomber vs the same Protoss and we both did roughly the same SCV pull there'd be a marked difference between us.
