I know for sure that it has been used at least twice in games between pros since I've seen them, but to remember the exact players or the context, to me, it's simply impossible.

Really? I remember seeing it at least twice. One was Select researching it at the 45ish minute mark of a very long TvT. Another was someone, possibly a foreigner doing a weird fast bunker capacity build, defensively I think against an early push.
Not sure they were pro games though, just VODs I've seen.
