ST Yoe's roster is very powerful, so at a first glance it looks like they will stomp; but I don't think it's going to be easy at all; Solar has good chances against Curious, if Life isn't careful he might lose, and Hurricane could win as well
This might go to the ace match.
Also moonglade will not cast i think, he's not even in KR yet; he said he gets there on friday.
Wolf and valdes are proving themselves to be very good casters. Much more technical and took the effort to point out the fine intricacies of the play. Very current and well versed with the korean meta. While tastosis is much funnier, wolf and valdes is much more technical.
Hope they continue to improve their casting. Well done guys.

yeah I think a lot of the hate they get is carried over skepticism from the past and unjustified, I think they've proven themselves after so much casting.

GodPorridge is really good, although he somehow didn't actually make it to the monthly Olimoleague due to a silly points system

Yeah I got a b/o loss when i participated, probably coulda beat everybody else and won if I made it past that.

Unlucky brackets probably
Did any of you guys manage to get into any casted games?
This is some weak commentating so far. First saying San's PvP might be a weakness despite him beating both herO and Classic at IEM, and then saying that eMotion hasn't played yet in FPL despite him having lost to Hush. Goddammit.

When it is your job to do commentating professionally and the amount of information that is so easy to find on sc2 thanks to Liquipedia. It must if you wanted to take like 30 minutes a day to get useful stats on matchups for all the games of the day TT
Just very lazy it seems commentators are. I mean just looking at the headlines on TeamLiquid he could of just said "San has justs recently won some good PvP games against some top PvPers lets see what he can do here vs Hush" is much better than saying a random comment that isn't true TT

Part super safe part messing with the pathing so immortals and archons couldn't run from the lazor imo
I think it was a game winning decision for san. San likely knew he would kill off the third base, so he could afford to take a hit on his economy to kill off more units - enough units that eventually won him the game

Thanks guys. Was just wondering why he pulled probes because their armies looked like they were exactly the same strength. But seeing how it played out it was a really good decision no question

Well, week 1 I had Zest on my anti and he lost against Maru. Then I traded him for Dear since Dear didn't play. Now I did Dear --> Life because... uh... reasons.

Looks like Life doesnt care so much about teamleagues?! Huge difference to other players if you look into player-cam. Other players show a shock or afraid face if they are losing. Life looks like he is testing some strats then "oh ok doesnt work".

when has Life ever given a fuck about a loss though?

Exactly. I'm always sad when I see aggressive multitasking players like him play SH and then they don't build mass static defense. It just doesn't fit him, the LotV SHs would be deadly in his hands though .

Don't let Zerg get 2 gold bases so easily. He did most of the response after that fine when he went blink, Muta haras wouldn't of been much but he just has so many lings with it.

Funny game, well done Leenock. Bad scouting is going to cost you though Hurricane, then pushing across the map was probably the wrong choice. Take a 3rd and hold off until the golds are mined out could of made the game interesting.

Going blind phenix opener (the very classic 5 phenix/robo opening for example) or very agressive ones (gate expands into pressure). IMO a big design failure by blizzard.

Creep all over the potential thirds D:
Wasn't the one below his main free of creep? Was creep on the left hand side opposite the gold but thought was open on the right side of the map below the main?

Hurricane scouted that gold almost right away.
the "first" gold was not the problem though. he played too timid and passive and wanted to 2 base allin instead of scout properly and play a reactive style. the probe missing the fateful drone about to build the spire was just the icing of the cake.

Ooh you could be right, i think it went up there and then through where the rocks got destroyed, not around the bottom. Nvm!

It was, but Leenock kept flying over it with mutalisks so that might have been rather difficult to keep.
Why does Leenock get MVP? I would think Curious might get it ;;

That's how Zest beat DRG on Habitation isn't it?
yes, but DRG was playing roach-hydra and was really keen to hit a timing that he never really had. Leenock was already taking normal natural and with map control could probably expand all over the place

the base itself wasnt creeped but there was creep on the ramp and around and it would've made it hard to defend
Yeah I don't get why they didn't send out Leenock last week. If he won game it would have gone to a 4th game where San was gonna get fielded so could have gone to Ace and yoeFW could have won. But instead Hack Life and Curious all lost their games and they got 0-3'd :/

you deserve it for being such a fool
san on your anti....WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT!
Might've gotten snagged into the week 1 trap of thinking San wasn't even in Korea and that he wouldn't be playing much and now he's stuck with him since San decided to troll and win an ace match :p
