huh I missed it, what did BOmber say?

interviewer asked if he would let down red bull if he lost here.

bomber responded that it would be obvious that he would let red bull down and he doesn't want to be in that position.

then it looked like bomber was starting to cry and put his hands in front of his face

Oh Bomber <3
To all the haters: you deserve to witness many, many more Serral victories, worthy of the godlike player he is.

sOs is just easier to hype. So it's more natural for casters to hype him.

I feel like Day9 doesn't watch enough sc2 to know Trap well enough to hype him

I don't think hyping Trap up is as easy, because you'll have to educate the crowd while doing it, and him fighting a world champion makes it... less.. attractive?

a good rule of thumb is if you think a caster is biased against a player you're a fan of, it's actually you who is biased

Cept that Jaedong finals in blizzcon.

This is for sure, I am JD's fan, so maybe I am remembering wrong, but after JD won his semifinal, I think the only person that was cheering for sOs was probably his mom

I wanted them both to lose. Does that count?

Well, you weren't actually cheering for sOs, so I don't think so

Ah. I was cheering for Bomber and Maru to get up on stage and say "April fools guys!" then kill sOs and Jaedong with katanas and play an epic TvT finals. I still don't get how Dear and Maru lost to Jaedong

Jaedong basically played some of the best games of his SC2 career until the finals

If you watch the games you realize that Jaedong have a huge potential and was playing at his full power. He played like a champion there...

Team of Champions. PL 2013 Finals was the actual prophecy for great players

Apart from Last, who did well at that 1 OSL and never did anything else

Last the only player to ever get reverse swept in back to back BO7s

Didn't he also 3-0 Stephano super hard at that early 2013 MLG? Then lose to Life because Life is a god

Yes, 2-3 in a close series. He was looking so good at this MLG, shame it didn't materialize in GSL. /:

Yeah I did recall being very nervous that Life would lose that series. Last really seemed good at that time and in that OSL.

Then he got ill and lost passion

I think Classic would probably had retired if he hadn't of switced to Protoss

Who on STX still has to get their tournament? I can only think of hyvaa right now, but I don't remember if he's still playing.

The was some guy from STX, who played in one of the first WCS EU qualifiers, but lost to 3rd tier europeans and gave up afte a while. Can't remeber his name though.

Yeah he played really well. I think Maru didn't quite play at 100% and Dear did a really horrible attack in game 5 of their series. Either way, you can't argue that the finals was a stomp. And if one more JD fan talks to me about his potential...jesus

Let's go Bomber! How has the tournament been thus far? 2 Bo3s in 2 hours seems kinda slow, hopefully I can make it through the second group T.T.

I remember during the IPL that had the GSL Finals, I had this delusional dream where Sniper won the GSL and after he raised up the trophy, Ryung swung in on a rope, punched Sniper in the face, yelled, "You don't deserve this!", took the trophy and went with TB to go eat Arby's.
