It says in the title "Korea National Finals" so I'm not sure if they will do any of those qualifiers.
It would be cool tho to see couple of Chinese/Taiwanese players among Koreans.

I think, they do that to express their claim of being the successor of WCG. I wouldn't worry about it, Sora is likely to get knocked out in the final korean stage anyway, so it probably doesn't change much.
