First one is better at horror than the second. Second is MUCH, MUCH, MUCH better at action than the first.

I actually really like that build, 12 Locusts need a surprising amount of dedication from the Protoss to get cleaned up without dealing damage/a lot of damage, so while you have the Protoss defend it you can be active with your roach Hydra Viper force.
It is kind of cool play :D
