In all honesty I dont actually hate a specific music taste and everyone can like what they want and stuff, but some of this mainstream stuff is just plain baaaaad :/ and I hate sounding like a hipster saying it but ffs just listen to Niki Minaj

You can still be objective though. I like Limp Bizkit but I fully acknowledge that they are not great musically or lyrically but I still enjoy them for what they are. I wouldn't however say they were the greatest thing to happen to music.
