I don't think I can make that list. But Idk about Welmu, because I talked to him Sunday and he said he hadn't been playing much lately, and hadn't been paying attention. He didn't even know patch was live and what it included.
I think Jim is underrated. Probably not top5 though. It's hard to say when he plays with delay.
