The full requirements currently are based on 3 variables - current blizzcon chances, blizzcon chances if they win, and blizzcon chances if they lose. It requires that their current chances are over 0.9%, their if win chances are over 1.2%, and their if lose chances are below 2%. Additionally it requires that their current chances are at least 4 times higher than their if lose chances, and their if win chances must be at least 8 times higher than their if lose chances.
Basically Arthur's current chances and his if win chances aren't high enough.
I really wanted to avoid flooding the front page with everything being a must win match, especially when Code S and WCS EU Premier matches are up there, and we get to the later rounds. I might tweak the requirements in the future idk.
