Maybe its more centralized to Taiwan itself but the Chinese have gotten significantly better results in WCS at least. Which is probably the fairest margin to measure them both to as its the only thing (to my knowledge) that they both really compete in

The league might be but the players themselves aren't. Dont the Koreans (and Sen) usually just stomp everyone except eachother for the most part?
