He legitimately believed it was a draw until the last 5 minutes. In a qualifier where he was down 0-1. He actually did the exact opposite of intentionally delaying the game when he contacted the admin, because he THOUGHT it was a draw. Also he was of course playing to win, he couldn't have attacked into that. No one could have.
