No he wasn't. He cleaned it up and had a second Orbital. I would understand if he GGed out a minute later due to a follow up attack, but that was too early of a GG. | ||

It felt a little early, but then again his follow-up was cloaked banshees which was both delayed and revealed. Maybe he assumed Neeb was building his own CC behind that attack (I didn't check the minimap). | ||
