You did it :D. Wasn't sure he could take Stardust. Jjakji vs Vortix looks like it went about as expected. Figured Vortix would get 1 game though. Oh well.

Both did. On April 11 2014 05:40 FrostedMiniWheats wrote: MC!!! You did it :D. Wasn't sure he could take Stardust. Jjakji vs Vortix looks like it went about as expected. Game 3 was the only one, where Jjakji played clearly better.

Eh, you started it ! ![]() But yeah, let's end here. If he had tried it a year before (when he was at his peak), at the same time as NaNiwa, he would have had much more chances. Now it's too late, for sure.

Game 1 was not scouting the flying CC. was game 1 that close? i don't think that cc had a big impact. scvs were never transferred there and vortix found it in reaosnable time. i thought the game was heavily in jjakji's favour and slipping further and further that way since the first time he killed the 4th hatch.

There were no SCV's transfered, because there were no SCVs left. Vortix had a 30 worker lead (50-20) and than Jjakji out-macroed him with MULES. I'd say, the game would have probably gone to Vortix if he had flown his Mutas a few inches further, but than the one marine he found distracted him.

It is quite unfair to say he did very bad there when Naniwa beat mostly very accessible players (except for Genius maybe).

Just like people who maintain that NesTea was a god of sorts even though he beat almost exclusively bad players to win his titles.
