That is a big exaggeration. KR is probably strongest in GM and master but people overestimate their lower league players way too much.

Creator PvZ did not look good. He is 5-1 in PvP but in PL, but his other Matchups are not impressive at all actually.

About 10 rungs of difference. Like if you were Top 3 in your Masters NA division, you would be about 13 Masters KR.

*This goes all the way down at least in DIA and Plat anyway.
