They are not they only ones. There are at least 5 more countries that don't use Euro.
educational edit: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Croatia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Sweden and the United Kingdom are part of EU but dont use Euro.
