I watched the rest of the game just confused. Not mad. Harkens back to early WOL-era cannon rushes.

I actually like that this is a thing in the game that needs to be watched for, even if it doesn't make sense. I just wish it hadn't happened to Jaedong.

Props to Has for putting a build in his back pocket in order to take this series.

There is a similar cannon rush in the KR ladder, but this was a step above it.

Champions losing to something a random gold leaguer with 1h of coaching could have done ... ugh you cant blame them but this is just silly, boring and has nothing to do with a good game of starcraft.

You know...this exact build (well okay less pylons) was done a ton on that map uhm....altarim altar? Where there were rocks on the third and you could pylon wall the natural out from the main and. Old school zergs (starcraft 2 that is) would have recognized the threat and how to stop it immediately and the thing is this one was easier to counter than the old one do to positions and resources needed.

Well, small ray of sunshine is that PvP is in the best state it has been since WoL beta... although I feel like that opinion may have been influenced by the great micro of the Protosses at IEM. I don't know if Arthur or Has can compare to MC and Classic.
