I think people feel that they can bash qxc since he doesn´t look as neat and dressed up as pretty much rest of the crew. When you stand out in a odd way it is typical for people to get into a mindset that it is more ok to bash that person.

Part of what separates good players from average ones though is decisions based on partial information using past experience. If everyone can constantly see the other player its much easier to decide what exactly to do which removes a lot of the skill from the game and makes it less exciting.

That's a possibility since MC seems to talk trash about other players (StarDust, Genius) only for the rest of the world to realize that they're actually close friends.
