It's just the other two taking too much space. Cloud doesn't have any problems with casting if he feels like it.

Me and a friend want to go Saturday & Sunday. I'm 16, so I'll be able to go just fine I imagine, but he's 15 and obviously won't be able to drink, but will he be allowed into the pub? Any germans can help me out here? Thanks in advance!

Depends when you want to be there?
Being 15 and in a bar is no problem, as long as you don't drink alcohol. But people < 16y are only allowed to stay until 22.00!
