Yes Center is still on the roster, but he isn't in the lineup tonight (less he comes as ace which is very unlikely)

Leenock was never in an advantagous position. He went for a build that just flat out wins vs ling speed builds. It hits before banelings and it would be speedlings vs speedlings in fewer amounts. But Symbol didn't go for speed so Leenock lost pretty much. Doing that hold Symbol did is not that difficult unless you choke

If he has no wall up in time, not even his 4 queens will save him against a flood of Zerglings. So... I disagree here. Without a fast reaction and the wall (which he did not have when making a call) he would not have held or not held as easily (which put him ahead to begin with)
