You wouldn't rather have Naniwa hope for 2 players to not get top 4 and win instead of not have 2 players get top 4? If Oz draws duckdeok in the Ro8 and Dear draws Maru and beats him again that might be it. I dunno, I'm worried about the Revival match just because Revival will have (or at least should) spend quite a lot of time preparing for Naniwa, and when players dissect him heavily he tends to get hit pretty badly. I'd much prefer to rely on Duckdeok's PvP or Maru's ability to randomly kill champions.

Also, I believe he alerady beat Dear offline. Naniwa having success in the GSL last year in WoL does not mean he is at the level now. Especially when Kespa hadn't switched yet also. If Naniwa was even close to the level of Dear he would have had no issues in WCS EU and at the very least made it to WCS season 3 finals and not be at home hoping these players lose so he can make it to blizzcon. He plays in the easiest region if he can't make it that's on him
