I think Heart just doesn't commit where Polt will stim forward into the tanks. Polt commits and kills tanks, Heart stims forward, starts taking shots, and runs back scared.
(Not always, obviously, but that seems to me why he loses so many marines so often.)

Polt has the upgrade lead again, this doesn't bode well for Heart.

More and more it seems like when they are in a bad position with their marines, Polt retreats without losing any more, while Heart commits and dies.

Yes, but without MKP I'm not sure there would still be a Prime. That's a different discussion, though. They both started from the same place, Polt just has done better longer.

you just don't charge into stimmed marines. even if you kill 2-3 tanks, all your marines will be dead by the end of it.
