To be fair, if the first BYE was announced not so long ago they might not have been able to reschedule the second bo3. So we'll have to wait the hour out, or whenever they told the second set of players to show up.

I think HasuObs had a clear lead but didn't the game end with something like 161 to 165 supply? It was worth pushing with 10 BL's and a few ultras I think

Yeah was a bit strange but i think LZ saw himself too behind after loosing that hatch and getting attacked from all angles.
I think he doesnt care too much about this BO3 because he will recive a BYE in the loosers match and the next Bo3 is important for advancing

It seems like Challenger league is on the way out, even Korea doesn't stream all the matches. Which I'm not really opposed to. This frees up the schedule a lot for other tournament/leagues to broadcast. And if they replace it Challenger with a series of qualifiers where players get points for high finishes that would be an even better way to reward the consistently performing players.

Really ? Happy is reacting to even a Pylon and moves almost the whole army there at the right base, leave a few Zealots at the Pylon one HT at the main and go just need to keep the MsC save, which is easy on this map. If Happy goes for a basetrade Recall, while Zealots kill around 3 or 4 waves of production meanwhile.
Just abuse the fact that Happy only tries to deny bases. I mean he is going to lose if he doesn't do something, so just risk the EMP on the MsC.

He's doing exactly what he should be doing. The person that forces a fight in TvP is usually at the disadvantange because you're going to run head first into either storms or EMPs. Instead, he secured the economic lead and prevented Hasu from taking another base. Keep in mind even a couple of Templars that you didn't notice can turn the game in a TvP 200/200 fight. This is why it's very advantageous to wait till the opponent attacks.

yeah, after the time runs out they HAVE to flip coins to avoid those stalemate games and end a series between them quicker.

I assume you play Protoss. Late game TvP is very fragile for Terran, two well-placed Storms and feedbacks can literally end the game for you. By playing so defensively Happy is making sure he doesn't lose the game to spread-out Templars. If the Protoss attacks it's much easier to catch all his Templars in scans, allowing you to react to them before they storm/feedback.
But yes he could've have ended the game earlier, once he saw the probes distance mining and it was obvious Hasu had no minerals left.

Thats just terrible. What are they (mostly Hasu) thinking? I mean, from minute 30 to 60 Hasus army was standing at his watchtower. How did he plan to win there? Whats the game plan? The idea, strategy, behind it?
Just move the fucking army to either or the two untaken bases, plant a Nexus and defend it. Jesus. Or try to at least, obviously Happy might attack it and he might lose anyway, but at least he does SOMETHING.

hasuobs has been looking terrible the whole series against Happy. Way worse control than usual, very wasteful. He is lucky if he makes it out of a group while being at this shape.

That would be actually a good region lock, because it will allow alien players to participate, if they are willing enough to stay in Europe and participate in the scene (ForGG and Stardust come to mind).

Because it does. The winner then has 2 chances to move on (winners match + final match). Loser just has one. Even without someone dropping out of the drop, it's not the first time the final match is a rematch from one of the first 2 matches.
