I think ToD wins, because Targa doesn't have enough anti air. Targa should run around and hunt Tod's army with Viper/Corruptor.

Edit: oh well, he realized. Targa can't lose if he stays around his spores ^^

This is so weird. How come it is that ToD finds himself to be in games like these? Time to add Targa among Sheth and Happy in the ToD weird long game playlist.

Targa will be able to make enough units to max out after rebuilding his tech and that's it whereas tod is going to build a small bank so I think ToD has it if engagement isn't bad.

Well, this is interesting as a one time thing, but if I ever have to watch more games like this I'm going to claw my eyes out - swarm host/broodlord is so boring if it turns into a stalemate (PvZ lategame in general always has been boring in the super lategame - there was a HasuObs game a long time ago in IPTL I think that reminds me a lot of this.)

I think ToD is fine here -- Carriers are actually pretty awesome when you have a dozen of them backed by an armada of void rays and a few archons. Targa has too much of his supply in brood lords and swarm hosts, which won't do anything to the Protoss air.

The biggest worry are the infestors -- perhaps he could put some HT's in a warp prism and try to feedback them.

If Tod realizes that he can destroy middle of map that should deeply supply Targa in a way he cant afford at the moment.
