What did he win before hellbats, anyone know? Liquipedia says he won nothing worth talking about, is it right? He's always been top 5 gm on EU, which is no easy feat. I think he might just suffer from nerves.

Even if terran has good control his apm is diverted to kill the zealots, allowing the protoss to gain an advantage elsewhere on the map. Happy constantly took punishment when Alicia noticed happy dealing with harass and then just attacked his main army. Make a bunker and 3 supply depots and it's over.

Honestly, Happy should have just left a bunker in his mineral line which would have bought him more time.

Lucifron was asked about this and he answered well by saying that Happy just has one style which gives him great success on ladder due to it being solid. In a tournament setting he suffers from being too predictable. When HotS came out he had success because it was a brand new game and the meta had not settled much, giving him an edge in this respect.

He basically has one build in every match-up and tries to make it work against everyone, which is great for laddering but just doesn't work in tournaments.

On this forum everyone is so good as long as they win, but they drop one series and it's instantly unforgivable.

I didn't see much of Happy today but his biggest problem in other tournaments was that he always just did one single build, one strategy for each matchup. He doesn't switch it up at all, he just sticks with one build that he considers the best and tries to win from there. Which makes him really predictable and easy to counter since SC2 has no single beat-it-all strategy, no matter how good your micro, macro or decision making are

Worst moment was when he asked Stardust if he could determine the player personality from playing against them... yeah right... as if stardust would understand such a abstract question without a translator....
