Oz might have been overthinking things, nerves got to him, and did not respond well perfectly to Revival's either aggressive or smart play at key times (that terrible game 1, the reaction to attacking the the zerg taking the middle gold base in game 2, the mid-late mass expanding + tech switch to muta in game 3 after Oz built up a near-perfect unit composition...). happy to see Revival win this tbh (would have preferred Polt or HerO actually but he got his first major win so awesome for him). dat WCS points! | ||

I couldn't watch live so keeping up with VODs was tough, watched everything so late it was a bit confusing. they acknowledged the problems with this IEM at the end of the broadcast... and that IEM NYC will be so much more on point and they'll deliver for sure. the production was not what I'm used to see from ESL TV, like WCS EU, the previous IEM's... and some of the CS:GO tournaments they put on were pretty badass. Carmac, RedEye will step it up at the next stop for sure. They have before after criticism, they actually listen to the fans. | ||
