I really don't think Startale's core is that much better than MVP's at all, in fact I think It's really weak lately. Bomber is in slump mode again, Life seems to be declining, Curious just got knocked out of OSL 0-2. Avenge is the only one really going strong. I feel like you are overvaluing GSTL results. MMA Alicia and Crank would have like a 0.3 winrate. Heart is pretty much a foreigner skill wise. Scarlett will retire soon. They are doin good in GSTL because Ryung carries them through and they made some nice coaching/snipe moves with alicia crank and MMA which is a + in GSTL. But every team in PL prepares like crazy.
Yeah I'd say Axiom-Acer is the most questionable, but if Axiom-Acer isn't proleague-capable, then Startale definitely isn't, in my opinion. None of their core is performing as well as they used to. If they didn't lose Parting and Squirtle then they'd stand a far better chance. I'd say MVP and IM would stand the best chance.

All of the esf teams should just form 2 super teams, join proleague and win every season :D
