Basically the same music except until as late as you want (7 AM isn't rare to leave...), and they do throw in Kpop in there occasionally sure, of course. Largely western style in my experience, though.

Oooo nice nice. Is it a big thing to do like it is in the western world to go "clubbing" and such? Not like i think there all strict and what not, but i just didn't see it mixing well culture wise to the younger sort of age group if they have so much pressure to study etc

Yeah, Hongdae is like a 24/7 roskilde, or Sziget, or primavera.

Also, they do it even better because they eat a lot of stuff so you get drunk much later on. I like to go out with Korean people they are the most likeable, social, and open minded crazy bunch I've ever lvied with. (Maybe just compared with the way we drank in Finland.)

My friends who go to Roskilde only bitch about the thing that is.... the naughtiness and smell. It's disgusting... It is not like that right? If so, sounds like a fucking great area to live in when you are studying etc.

Korea is pretty dirty in general. A few years back they removed many bins from the streets, to prevent people putting their shit next to them -- so now people just drop it away more randomly :D (I really love this story, have never factchecked it tho)

It's not smelly because people are dressed and are not "off" or on holiday, as you'd be on a festival. But there's some smells from all the waste, especially in hot weather, like we have now. Not a big matter tho, you arent spending that much time on the street - and even if you do (checking out all the young singer songwriters singing on the streets around is pretty cool with some beers/ice cream, dont think its unbearable. Naples is a lot worse, at least it was the last time I was there.

Yeah, Seoul is definitely one of the best places I've ever been to, really cheap and affordable too, topping many other great cities of the world. (I like travelling.)

Thanks for the insight! I'll probably be going next year, either for summer school at Ajou or to watch a finals. This just strengthens my interest level and makes studying in Norway even less interesting...

Probably there are a lot more ppl here with more well polished experience when it comes to seoul/korea but hit me up if you wanna ask anything. Also, I'd been wanting to go to sognefjord, or any other tbh, for a few years now but it's just so expensive. Even worse than Sweden or Finland in that regard.

I've never actually seen someone continue his build so crisp even though he encountered a probably very new situation to him. While MKP crushed Savage (I think he build 2 barracks(?)) BoguS shows exactly why Koreans are so strong. They follow their game plan through the game not being thrown off easily.
