In France if you're talented enough you don't really need to work that much. Someone good at maths can one-shot his way through diverse competitive entrance exams and such quite painlessly. | ||

A lot of people I know in engineering (University of Michigan for context) spend a pretty damn significant portion of their time studying. | ||
