GG guys, showing the bias all the way.

He wasn't so hard behind from the beginning. Soulkey's lings killed like 2 buildings and a nexus, but no probe losses - and 1base vs 2base is pretty okay, if you play defensively. Parting then used the map to his advantage, taking his extremely safe third. That way, it really came down only to fight/army control, and soulkey lost that battle.

Nope, parting was really behind, any games that happen would favor the zerg 99 times out of 100 after that.
So... what that make you? Good? You're not good. You just know how to hide, how to lie

Parting's pushes are incredible to watch. Like that time where one of his soul train was cornered and he was sustaining the push for minutes picking things off a little bit at a time. Amazing.

If this is a-move I don't see what isn't.

Thank you. Protoss aren't allowed to win games, if they do it's an A+Move.

Sick game from Parting, props to him for being able to get the timing.

Now I hope he can close the series out

Sorry, but I honestly don't see what everyone is going crazy about. I didn't see any AMAZING control from the Protoss, just this big Protoss deathball attacking, and Zerg not being able to engage because of forcefields.

... I don't know what to say. there were hardly any forcefields in that attack...

I think you didn't notice those ~12 forcefields pushing zerg units from fighting along with spines.

Can you teach me how to a-move storms and a-move feedbacks- and a-move repositioning?

In my opinion Soulkey army (gas) was quite to diverse HEAVY into roach hydra + viper + corruptor would have worked better than spines swarm host, and adding the fact that he pulled all the colossi at once when the Swarm host were on CD, overall was a bad follow up by soulkey.

That's what control is all about. Control defensively against the first vipers (one great feedback came there), then move out, pass disadvantageful fighting positions until you can set your army up in a good concave and beat the static defense. Partings FF's held the Roach/Hydra from engaging (-> good army control), after that, a mix of good Feedbacks, Time Warps and Blinks saved his army. So, for me, that was really solid and, partly, great army control - and a poor army control from Soulkey, who looked like "I have no idea what I should do". I'm not going crazy about this, but if you don't see that as AMAZING control, I don't know how you can be impressed. That definitely WAS amazing control.

To people wondering what Soulkey did wrong:

Not much. That map is just awful for zerg players in ZvP. Parting was able to turtle on 3 bases (you cannot break that) and then move out to a extremely safe 4th. The battle was better micro'd by parting but honestly parting should have never been able to cross the map like that in the first place. Soulkey had too much invested in static defense/economy and not enough in an army. He should have been able to trade (and lose) to parting when parting moved out, then taken the game on the remax but instead he let parting out-micro him in the fight right near his base so the remax had no chance of succeeding.

Artosis was right about the Templars giving Parting a chance. His use of positioning, storm, and feedback were astounding.

I like how people complain about amove protoss when a protoss lategame army is controlled with 4 motherfucking hotkeys at this level. Just for your army.

SK clearly threw the game away by only building nothing but roach + hydra on the midgame and not attacking, into making mass spines. Could have made SH and sieged him when he had no Collo for a LONG time.

But that allowed us to watch Parting being godlike, so it's all good :D

Still, hoping Soulkey can finish this now.

It's a bit weird that Parting's HT control is only really celebrated in PvT. Those storms were glorious.
