Due to scheduling issues, not all round one (Ro48) games of the WCS Korea Challenger League (Ro48) were broadcasted on air. The non-broadcasted games were played in the GomTV studio, although not streamed.

Seriously, if WoT preempted Code A that's pretty bad. Seeing as im pretty sure everyone who paid for a ticket was expecting it to be cast.
I mean, think of Root. Yughio won his first Code A match while being on their team. Something Root should be proud of, and wanted to get aired to get more eyes on their players, and sponsors. Surely they expected his Code A games to be cast.
As it is now, that win has almost no more prestige than a code B game. And the only reason its important to get excited about getting out of Code B is because, said player will be in Code A, where the games are suppose to have a 100 percent chance of being cast.

So, I payed the yearly ticket for the GSL, and now they don't even release the games as VOD's? Which is why I payed for the yearly ticket? What?
Ah well, I can watch the premier league of WCS NA/EU and it's about the same quality of games, so I guess I will just stop paying for the GSL then. (It might even be free now, haven't checked the youtube channel because it's full of spoilers.)

Well, the last 5 foreigner seeds at least won a match in Code S or got through the up&downs. The last guy, who did, what you said was Idra in season 1 of 2012 and after him the same thing only happened to Baby and Jaedong, who are not exactly foreigners.

Correction, he tried to play. He got DQ'd twice from premier league qualifiers and ROOTed ( if you will ) out of challenger league qualifiers by puck and sage

Going out while having a seed does not make you a bad player, he did not play just ok at MLG but he played really well vs Zergs specially. As others have said many that got a seed went out right away, be it the Jaedongs or the Foreigners.

Round 1 and Round 2 will have 8 choice matches broadcasted; however, Round 3 will have all of its matches broadcasted. The matches that are not played on the broadcast will all be played offline at our studio with a referee present at the venue.
Not like it wasn't made public a week ago that not all matches are to be shown.

And that makes it accceptable how, for those who paid to view content under the pretty fair assumption they'd get to watch all the games?
Why can't we just see some replays or VODs or whatever? When 720p is free, VODs are free for promotional purposes all the time, they could at least provide these matches as a somewhat valid reason for me to keep paying.

And the people felt it was outrageous when it was announced too. If you are going to quote from GOM quote the part where, in the description, it says "the ticket gives you access to all GSL, GSTL, etc matches".
How unfortunate. You cannot sell season or, worse yet, yearly tickets (one of the most expensive purchases a fan can make in esports right now no less) under the assumption that people will get to see all the matches and then part way through the season just choose not to stream some of them. Absolutely unacceptable. Then, on top of that, to not even have VODs available is ridiculous. WCS was supposed to bring more games for KR, not less. Come on guys, you should know better than this by now.
All these people highlighting Bunny do know that it's not the European Bunny, right? If Euro Bunny actually played on WCS KR with that 500+ EU-KR ping, and 2-1's Last, it would literally be the upset of the year. This Bunny is another Kespa Terran, so not that surprising at all.
considering GOM has less content because of WCS than ever before, one would think they would at least be able (and willing) to air all of what they do have.
Kind of upset that I paid to watch certain matches that aren't going to be aired... I don't see how GSL is worth the $20 anymore when its now broad casted live in HD for free, not to mention that I still have to deal with endless amount of ads when trying to watch VODS (Yeah it's annoying when your trying to change quality or something they feed you more Ads even if you've already watched some, I mean I probably sound whiny but I think paying $20 for VODs with ads is a bit ridiculous compared to other league prices but passable but when you start skimping out some of the content I have a problem)
So we finally see the guy from Code S directly down into Code B, wtf with that! I wish Last could recover what he was before. I really like the match that he played MLG. POOR BOY!
I thought Group A always gets broadcasted... Ugh dislike WCS so much. Only GSL and GSTL is worth watching. WCS AM and WCS EU is just not quite up there imo.

But that was because there were millions of tournaments going on every week at that time, it wasn't about GSL specifically.
Does anyone think that in the future we might see something like. Season 1 and 3 OGN broadcasts Code A GOM broadcasts Code S Season 2 OGN broadcasts Code S GOM broadcasts Code A

The reason we are complaining is because GOM has done this b4. Randomly not broadcasting Code A. The first time they did this they responded to community critisicm. Trying different strategies like broadcasting Code A daily from 13:10 KST or having two simultaneous Code A streams from 13:10 KST and/or 18:10 KST that way every single match could be broadcasted in some form or another. Sometimes they gave us the korean casters trying to cast in english.
