2 terrans going trough, but I don't have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is the massive whine on terran the past month (and especially from idra, ret and stephano). Why?

Probably cause they are doing good in every other tournament except this one :D

The problem is not the balance, it's the way the gameflow tends to go.
Terran is just doing hellbat drops 99% of the time, even in TvT, and it makes for boring games. It's kinda Protoss vs Zerg during WOL, either protoss won with a 1-2 base immortal allin or Zerg won the late game with broodlords/infestors. Even if the MU is balanced, as in each opponent had 50% chance to win, it's still god damn boring to watch.

Yeah, and meanwhile threads about the widow mine come up and whine about the medivacs is everywhere.

Come on when terrans started to do well at the very start of HotS, we told whiners to suck it for ages because a few games aren't proof of anything.

These are a few games too. We can't draw anymore conclusions from them as we could at start of HotS.

Yea I saw that basetrade. Well good for Kas only took 2 years for kas to show what he got hehe:D

Eh, he often makes it relatively far in groups. Tomorrow the games will have booths and an audience and lights and he'll get nervous and lose, I fear.

The Grubby series was probably the worst TvP I've ever seen Polt play. Really sad. Hopefully he rolls Huk 2-0 and then gets a chance at revenge.

LoL so impartial

I remember Huk called Fionn out once in an interview with Hotbid one time.

I only remember him calling out Fiona

Is this like the best day for foreigners in a major tournament in like a really really really long time?

Why? This is the best of Europe and the only top Koreans here are Polt, MC, Gumi, Leenock, Hyun, I guess Hero, and a couple others are around there. MC getting knocked out early unfortunately hasn't been a big deal lately, and Polt is the only real upset along with Hero, who isn't too hot lately either.

And so did Stephano point invalid. But really how was the Polt games. How did he get eliminated ?

gumiho is through as well

true. if it stays at 2 terrans it's pretty surpising as well.

at least we won't get nerved anywhere near in the future then. i feel like widow mines(-strats) got figured out by both zerg and protoss.

widow mines were never a factor in TvP, I see little to no difference from WoL TvP except for the fact that it's easier to drop and harder to do early allins( for terran).
So... what that make you? Good? You're not good. You just know how to hide, how to lie

Well it was super smart play from grubby, not all inning with 3 oracles or something but getting a huge lead through a soft contain and expanding behind this.

but he lost to Lord INnoVation, the Flash of SC2, the greatest terran to ever walk the face of the sc2 earth, #1 TvZ, godsend of STX SouL

I bet Symbol will kick his ass again if they meet.

Not going to happen. Bogus has played SC2 for more than 3 months now.
