If Blizzard announces the WCS and officially claims the qualifiers to be open for anyone (that's what open qualifiers are), then anyone who wants to, should be allowed to play and if there are more signups than expected, they should increase the bracket size. As long as there is no rule that says "only Masters+ players", not even a Bronze player who just wants to enjoy having attended the qualifier should get shit for it. If pro players cannot get in because of that, it's the fucking organizers. | ||

Europe had x3 times the amount of players, and we didn't get as many koreans, and i am sure not SEA/Chinese players. | ||

I know there is the thing with the Chinese pros, but I don't think there is a magical group of awesome NA players not getting a chance, pretty much all the the top NA players are there. Yeah some B team Koreans may not have gotten the chance, but they aren't threats to win it all anyway so i say let them play in the Korean tournament and have some fun with casual NA players. | ||
